Meritocracy

A person who is responsible for an affair of Muslims and he delegates a job to someone while he could find a person who is better than him, he has betrayed to God and his prophet.
 

Mercy and compassion

O God! Anyone who has taken a responsibility about my followers and takes hard on them, you take hard on him and anyone who has taken a responsibility about my followers being gentle to them, you also be gentle to them.
 

Direct communication with people

There is no leader who closes the doors [of his home] to needy, destitute and poor unless God closes skies doors on his need, poorness and misery.
 

Employment of the best

Anyone who delegates a work to the man among a group while there is another person who is better before God, he betrays God, his prophet and his community.
 

Peace and tolerance

God loves tolerance and he is helpful in doing so.
